About Naheed Zaman 

My name is Naheed Zaman and I was a suffer of anxiety for over 20 years due to difficult childhood experiences. 

As I got older and began building my businesses my stress levels increased to the point of not being able to function.

I began to research how the mind works and what we can do to support it and how to train the brain to work for us rather than against us.

I discovered this little known but simple exercise and knew I had to share it.
